Chief Executive Officer
Réseau des Femmes d’affaires du Québec (RFAQ)
A builder of collective prosperity, Ruth Vachon has been Chief Executive Officer of the Réseau des Femmes d’affaires du Québec (RFAQ) since 2010. For more than fifteen years, she has turned ambitious ideas into initiatives that create lasting impact, while advancing a vision that challenges traditional approaches to wealth creation through an economic model built on collaboration among women entrepreneurs.
Ruth is the driving force behind MAÏA, an AI-powered technologic infrastructure built around a strong conviction: true economic power is not measured solely by the success of an individual business, but by its ability to create opportunities and success for others as well.
Her vision is to make Canada the world’s first living laboratory for an economy built on collaboration among women entrepreneurs. Through this model, she aims to demonstrate that a new way of creating wealth is not only possible, but more effective. Through MAÏA, she is helping shape an economic model where individual success becomes a driver of collective prosperity, with the ambition of inspiring governments, organizations and business communities around the world.
Ruth Vachon believes that the true wealth of an economy is measured not only by the success of the businesses that make it up, but also by their ability to strengthen and grow the communities around them. Her work is driven by a clear ambition: to make collective prosperity the next engine of economic growth.
