      Across his career, Nicolas has built a comprehensive understanding of the banking industry. After starting out his career in banking as a teller with BRED Group, he progressed through the ranks, initially as a Relationship Manager, then through various corporate roles including Branch Manager, before becoming the Group’s Regional Director in Guadeloupe (French West Indies). His stint as International Deputy Director, monitoring, managing and supporting the Group’s subsidiaries in Africa, the Pacific and Southeast Asia, set him up perfectly for his role as Chief Executive Officer of BRED Bank Cambodia, a position he has held since September 2022.
